Child / Adolescent Psychology Services (Ages 5-17)
Our specialist Child Psychology service supports children and adolescents, together with their families, to navigate the emotional, behavioural, social, and learning challenges that can arise throughout childhood and adolescence.
Our experienced child psychologists provide evidence-based assessment and therapy tailored to each young person's individual needs. We work collaboratively with children, parents, caregivers, and where appropriate, schools, to build practical skills, strengthen resilience, and support positive emotional wellbeing.
We help children and young people experiencing anxiety, low mood, emotional or behavioural regulation difficulties, confidence and self-esteem concerns, social and friendship challenges, learning difficulties, and school-related issues. We also support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), learning disabilities, giftedness, and those adjusting to significant life changes such as family separation, grief, or other major transitions.
Recognising that parents play a vital role in their child's wellbeing, we also provide guidance and practical parenting strategies to help families manage behavioural challenges, strengthen relationships, and support their child's ongoing development both at home and at school.
Our goal is to help every child feel understood, develop healthy coping skills, and build the confidence to thrive in all areas of life.
